Ltd., incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at A-24/9, Mohan Co-operative, Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, Saidabad Mohan Cooperative, New Delhi, South Delhi, Delhi – 110044, India (“Company”, “EIFS”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

By accessing this Website, registering for a webinar or program, purchasing a course, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to purchase our programs or use our paid services.

Users below 18 years of age may access our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate, complete and current.

2. Nature of Our Services

 

EIFS provides financial literacy and educational services, which may include:

  • Free and paid webinars;

  • Live and recorded online classes;

  • Financial literacy and investment education programs;

  • Workshops, seminars and corporate training;

  • Course materials, presentations, worksheets and learning resources;

The content, structure, trainers, schedule, duration and delivery method of a program may vary depending on operational requirements.

 

3. Educational and Investment Disclaimer

  • Not share your account, course access, meeting link or password with another person;

  • Inform us promptly about suspected unauthorised access; and

  • Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.

5. Program Registration and Payments

 

The applicable fee, taxes, program inclusions and payment terms will be displayed on the relevant registration or checkout page or communicated by an authorised Company representative.

All payments must be made through payment methods approved by the Company. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged in accordance with the law.

Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the Company or its authorised payment or delivery partner.

You are responsible for verifying the program details before completing payment.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

 

Refunds, cancellations and transfers will be governed by the refund terms communicated on the relevant program page or at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly mentioned otherwise in writing:

  • Fees shall not be refundable once access to course recordings, digital content or learning materials has been provided;

  • Fees shall not be refundable after the live program has commenced;

  • Failure to attend a webinar, class or session will not automatically entitle the participant to a refund;

  • Program registrations cannot be transferred to another person without our prior written approval; and

  • Any approved refund may be subject to the deduction of applicable taxes, payment-gateway fees and administrative charges.

If the Company cancels a paid program entirely and does not provide a reasonable alternative, eligible participants may receive a refund of the relevant program fee.

 

7. Program Schedule and Modifications

 

We may modify the date, time, trainer, content, format or delivery platform of a program due to operational, technical or unavoidable circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed about material changes through email, WhatsApp, SMS, the course platform or another registered communication channel.

Rescheduling a session or providing a recording or reasonable alternative shall not ordinarily be treated as cancellation of the program.

 

8. Recordings and Access Period

 

The availability and duration of access to course recordings will be as stated on the relevant program page or communicated at the time of registration.

We do not guarantee permanent or lifetime access unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Participants are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and an adequate internet connection. Temporary disruption caused by third-party platforms, internet services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a failure to provide services.

 

9. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All content made available through the Website or our programs—including videos, recordings, presentations, course modules, worksheets, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, strategies and written materials—is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, download or distribute course content;

  • Record live or recorded sessions;

  • Share course access, links, passwords or materials;

  • Publish or upload our content on social media or other platforms;

  • Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our content;

  • Modify or create derivative works from our materials; or

  • Use our name, photographs, trademarks or branding in a misleading manner.

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to appropriate legal action.

 

10. Participant Conduct

 

You must not:

  • Disrupt classes, webinars, groups or discussion forums;

  • Harass trainers, team members or other participants;

  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content;

  • Promote unrelated products or services without permission;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or content; or

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities.

We may remove a participant or restrict access for inappropriate conduct or violation of these Terms.

 

11. Testimonials and Results

 

Testimonials and success stories displayed on the Website represent the experiences of particular participants. They do not guarantee that every participant will achieve identical or similar results.

Individual results may vary depending on knowledge, effort, financial circumstances, market conditions and other factors beyond our control.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the concerned user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website, program or course platform if you violate these Terms, misuse our content, share access credentials, engage in unlawful conduct or fail to make an applicable payment.

Termination for violation of these Terms will not ordinarily entitle the user to a refund.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

 

18. Force Majeure

 

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet or electricity failures, technical outages, strikes, public-health emergencies or failure of third-party service providers.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through written communication and mutual discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted by a mutually appointed sole arbitrator.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Subject to the arbitration provision, courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

21. Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
